I ship daily to get your item to you FAST! All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. This does not offer you protection against damage or loss which DOES happen occasionally so please drop me a note if you are interested in a different service!

Please be sure your address is correct in Paypal because I print my labels straight from your payment. If the address is wrong and your package comes back to me, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for it to be re-shipped. I can also issue a refund instead but it will be handled as a buyer's remorse return.

RETURN POLICY

I do offer a 14 day money back return policy if you have changed your mind about your purchase. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once I have received the item I will send the refund minus a 20% restocking fee to recover shipping expenses, supplies and lost time in selling the item.

If it appears as though I have made an error, please contact me right away so we can work it out. If it is decided that I did make the error, I will send a pre-paid label and refund 100% of the payment upon receipt of the item.

Items MUST be returned in the original condition as when sent!!!
