All items are shipped out in a timely manner weekly. We take care to ensure and pack each order carefully. Shipping times vary greatly based on location and method used. Please check the Ebay shipping details for each listing individually.  Rough shipping times are as follows:

Canada:
Lettermail - No tracking, 1-2 weeks
Expedited Parcel - Tracking 3-14 business days (based on location)

United States:
Shipped from Canada to US with USPS. Roughly 1-2 weeks, tracking included.

Worldwide: 

Ground Mail, no tracking. This is the cheapest and slowest service. It takes roughly 1-2 months to arrive.
If you would like to upgrade to air mail prices start at $20-30 depending on weight and location. Air mail is 2-4 weeks on average and tracked. 

We reserve the right to not sell to certain countries due to past experiences with regional postal services. We will not ship to Brazil or China sorry.

In most cases we like to try to avoid returns whenever possible and would like to resolve issues through other means first if possible. 

If you are unsatisfied with your product we will accept a return for the original purchase price, not including shipping. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. The original shipping cost is non-refundable as postage to send the item was already paid to send the item. 

Items that were shipped for free incur a shipping cost of roughly $3 to $10.
