Design : Ribbed and waisted form. Sweeping cuts form floral stems which twist around each bowl. Pattern number 26500
Base : Polished pontil. Each bowl bares the mark 'Webb' mark used between 1906-1935, accompanied by the signature of Palme in diamond point.

Additional Information : Franz Josef Palme was a Bohemian wheel engraver from Steinschönau who joined Thomas Webb & Co in 1882. Palme helped to give Stourbridge its reputation for the highest quality of glass engraving. We have attached a picture of Palme still at work in 1929
