' Here's a damned handy thing, an old Soviet army shelter sheet / basha. It's a simple bit of kit. nothing fancy, just a tough bit of canvas with loads of attachment points for lines / ropes and a couple of toggles on one side to attach several of these together if needed to make a bigger shelter. It's in great shape, may not have ever been issued and will serve you well. To sum up then, simple, basic and tough. Just like Lady Powell !! '

* Russian army issue Plash or poncho sheet /basha 1960's 70s issue.

* Super grade - been in store for years but hardly any signs of use

* Strong yet lightweight canvas with sturdy stitching and reinforced eyelets.

* Numerous eyelets allow for a wide range of pitching when used as a basha or tarp.

* These have been used for improvised hammocks, stretchers, and when rolled tight, even as splints.

* To enhance watershed I would suggest a treatment of some sort.

  Size: 180 cm x 180 cm

  Weight: 1400 g

Great Kit in great shape!
