DISTRESSED/DESTRUCTED: made to look worn. (May include but not limited to: hand sanding, dremmeling, tacking, fill yarn, patches, holes, fraying, color fade, creases, whiskering, bleaching)

Payment

Payment is due within 2 days of auction ending. An automatic non-payment case will be opened on my behalf by ebay if payment is not made within 72 hours. Please let me know if you need longer to pay or bidding on more items.

Shipping

I ship all items within 24 hours of payment. Excluding weekends and holidays.

Domestic shipping by USPS Priority or First Class with free tracking.

International shipping is by ebay's global shipping program. Exceptions: Canada, United Kingdom & France (under 4 lbs ship by international 1st class with tracking.) If your country is not listed we currently do not ship to your location.

Returns

Please contact me before opening a return request. Item must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee may apply. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items sold at Going Green Company are new to gently used. We pride ourselves on selling quality clothing and would never intentionally sell an item that cannot be worn. As with all used clothing, we do suggest that your item be laundered or dry cleaned before wearing.

We are a smoke-free home. However, we do purchase clothing from several sources and cannot guarantee the item hasn't been exposed to smoke or pets.
