Exquisite miniature Royal Dux? porcelain china whippet or greyhound. 4797.

This finely modelled miniature figurine of whippet or greyhound resting its foreleg on a ball
is in very good condition with no damage. It measures approximately 2¼ (55 mm) tall including
 the base which is is 2¾" (70 mm) long and marked on the bottom with the numbers '4797'.

This is not my area of expertise but I have found just one other identical figurine on eBay
which was thought to be Royal Dux and sold for £250. Despite researching online,
  I cannot find any other examples, so if anyone can tell me definitively if this is a 'Royal Dux'
 figure, it would be much appreciated.
