VIOLIN, Antique Czechoslovakian or German Stradivarius 4/4 Copy
Vintage late 19th to early 20th century hand-crafted violin with original bow, ebony fingerboard, accessories, and case.  Czechoslovakian or German origin with "Stradivarius" etched on distinctive tiger-striped back. Hard case embossed with "PATENTED Apr 1, 1902 M & W Co." Accessories compartment includes a tuner in original box labeled  "American Made Violin Tuner Guaranteed Correct" and stamped on back "PATENTED Aug 7, 1900;"  a small tin of picks, and 2 metal practice and slide mutes; and a rare Sterling  Silver tubular case for included separate single "A" pitch pipe used by a lead symphony violinist for tuning the orchestra. 

In reasonably good condition for the age with some imperfections and short one tuning peg, this professionally used violin could be restrung for current use, displayed as a wall decoration, or a museum piece.
