    I am a collector of this amazing machines and for many years I restore my collection items. This product is addressed to those who wants a professional restoring job on their beloved audio players/recorders. I have many donor devices and some experience! Please see other cheaper option before buying this product! 
    Most cassette players and recorders are in need of restoring and adjusting, components replacement and so on. This price (this listing) is including only the packing and tracked shipping back tax from local post (Romania) to your place. 
    If you need a correct (maybe not complete, as many defects can reveal one after other) evaluation and then restoration of your old device, you should send your device to my address, together with your contact data and defect description. (phone/mail/ and address for shipping back) 
    Please note that this tax is not including any component replacement, just opening (free), service evaluation (free), and sending back tax.

    Any kind of cassette players, please ask. I enjoy Sony DD, Aiwa HS, Toshiba KT , Sanyo, Panasonic RQ and many other.
    Belt and rubber problems, can solve most of them. Some pinch rollers and rubber are very hard to find or even impossible. I have many, but...
    Capacitor leaks, can solve most of them, please note that in some cases corrosion is beyond repair. In this case we will talk about my time ...
    Sony WM DD, 2, 3, 30,33 main gear restoration, no problem. Sony WM DD9 , D6C D3, DC2 no problem. Can be solved forever, and results are good. Not cheap, please note,  there are cheaper options on market. Search first, ask and decide what's best for you. Sony WM DD1, 11, 22, 10 also I can restore electronics and mechanism, no problem.
    Aiwa's restoration..., a pleasure to do it, but not always successful (about 10-20% permanent affected by leak corrosion). A pain, in terms of time and attention..
    Panasonic RQ S and SX line hope no problem with that. RQ P also can be restored as well.
    Toshiba KT...a pain , but I will manage 90%, some will have problems with volume pot and/or FF/REW speed.
    
    Head replacement, can be done in case of excessive worn.
    Other problems, will be evaluated. Please note that a device can have multiple problems, so I will not know all problems until device will be ready to ship back. Free evaluation will cover maybe 80-90% of problems. The ones already serviced, please keep in mind that is very hard to work after others! 
    Restoring old devices is very trickier and not cheap, please have this in mind when you will buy this evaluation product. Also please note that this is a product you will pay without receiving anything back except your own product, if you will send it to me and I will receive it. If you buy this product but you do not want me to send your device, please tell me. We will cancel deal! Also if you do not want your product back, please tell me also, I will refund this tax.
There is always the possibility of pack to be lost by post offices/carriers, I am not responsible for this . Packs will be sent to me without any value, as is not sold and I do not want to pay customs rights for a transit device.
Evaluation/service will be done in 2 or 3 days after receiving product and constant communication will be established between you and me, on the entire time of intervention, on SMS/mail .
Any time you want to stop the reconstruction process, you can. Just ask me for sending back your device and I will send soon as possible. if material used already, please compensate before sending back.
Packed will be sent back to you same way, with local post, priority shipping, no value, with tracking no. I am not responsible for any loss suffered by the device during transportation, from you to me or back.
Please note that restoration results are not always perfect, many have over 30 years old. I will try to do my best, with more than 25 years of experience, good advice will be considered! All service will be covered by a private warranty, 3-6 months. I will repair if same problem strike, for free. Shipping costs  for warranty items not included, please note!

 Note please that cassette players of this type are discontinued, no longer in production by 25 (maybe) years or more. Cannot expect to work as a new one, but will work more than decent for a device that old. Many players can work and sound perfect for me, but I am not a trained musician with a very fine ear. Perfectionists, be aware, is hard or even impossible to find a perfect cassette player(Sony, Aiwa and Panasonic fight for many years to create one), every one of it have its own sound and strong/weak points, is a reason more to collect!
