This Xf8 is in 100% functional condition with light cosmetic blemishes to the wood ends and a couple small scratches on the back of the keyboard. Nothing that would be noticed from farther than 3 feet away.

The keyboard does weigh almost 100 pounds and is nearly 5 feet long, so shipping is going to be expensive, but it will be professionally packed and fully insured. I estimate actual shipping to the continental 48 will be around $150, so I will essentially "split" shipping costs with the buyer and charge $75 shipping.
