POSTAGE ADDRESS:

Once item is dispatched, item cannot be retrieved. If you purchase via this website, your eBay postage address is the ONLY postage address we use for the delivery. It is buyers' responsibility to check the accuracy of the delivery address before item is shipped. 

Should item returned due to incorrect address provided by the buyers, extra postage charge may apply to buyers to re-delivery/re-route the item to the correct address.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

We accept Change-of-Mind after customer receiving the ordered item. Please let us know and you can return it in original or re-sellable condition via air registered mail within 30 days of your receiving the item for a free exchange or refund. Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product.

However we are not able to accept change-of-mind refund for products which has been used under unsalable conditions with free from manufacturing defects or faults.

WARRANTY

If item(s) is damaged, faulty or items show symptoms of operational failure, buyers will receive a replacement product or parts, a full or partial refund. In the circumstances where buyer is requested to send back the damaged products for further testing, a replacement will be sent to buyers after the returned product is received. We shall take full responsibility for the postage fee.

The damaged products will not be used as rehabilitation. All replacement products are under brand new conditions with the same warranty as the returned products.
