Postage, handling & tracking is a flat rate per order. Either Free Post or Standard Post will apply.
Post in Australia:
- Some item listings are Free Post within Australia.
- If you combine items with Free Post and Standard Post then the Standard Post cost will apply.
- Buy any item with Standard Post and there is no extra shipping cost for any of the other items you order in the same shipment.
- All items packed in standard post size envelopes or boxes.
- Products are all shipped within Australia using Australia Post.
- For combined postage please request an invoice before making your payment.
- Our prices for post reflect Australia Post charges plus our packaging and handling costs. Boxes, bubble wrap, bags, tape, labels, etc. all have an impact on pricing.
Post to Rest of the World:
Express delivery is available from Australia to your country at additional cost. Please contact us for express post cost quotation.
- All international parcels are insured (unless stated otherwise) and sent by Economy Air Freight from Australia via Singapore.
- International Delivery will take approx 14 - 28 days by the time it goes through customs, etc, and depending on final destination.
- Delivery times vary for all countries! You must allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
- Estimates are roughly: New Zealand & similar Oceania destinations 7 - 14 Days, USA & Americas 14 - 28 Days, UK & Europe 21 - 28 Days
- We cannot control the delivery time. The customs checks, quarantine checks, and the postal service in your country all contribute to delay the arrival of parcels.
- We are being advised by customers that parcels are arriving anywhere from 14 to 28 days from the shipment date out of Australia.
- If you wait 28 days and the parcel is not received, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement parcel or a refund.
- No claim will be accepted after 45 days from shipping date. The insurance process on the items expires after 45 days.
Be Sensible:
If you are not sensible, it just wastes your time and raises our blood-pressure.
We have recently had Paypal & eBay claims for non-delivery lodged within 7 days of the parcel being shipped. This is just being silly!
If you are not in Australia, please be patient.
However, do not leave it too long! We recently had someone claiming for non-delivery after 6 months! Again, this is just being silly!
Lets be sensible. We will work with you but we are not mind-readers.
Please contact us before lodging a non-delivery dispute claim at PayPal or eBay.
