Brown hardcover book is in Very Good condition with dust jacket. Actual book shows some minor wear at corners and the small notation "3rd" at top right on first blank page – meaning the third book in the Dune series as noted by the original owner. Clean, crisp, white pages with no writing or markings.
Dust jacket has some creasing at top and chips at spine and some browning inside.
All in all, a nice collectible book club edition.
