All orders we receive will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday- Friday) if ordered after. We do not currently ship items over the weekend, and any order that is placed after on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

We have a 14 day returns policy. If you are unhappy with your product we will offer to exchange it or offer you a refund as long as it is returned to us within 14 days of when the item has been delivered: unworn, and in their original condition, with the tags still attached and in their plastic covering (not ripped). Please also ensure there are no smells lingering on the items like SMOKE or PERFUME, as we will NOT accept these returns if they are not in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for all postage and packaging fees on items returned and on exchanges (Buyer will need to pay for items to be re-sent) which are not faulty or incorrect. We would advise using a trackable service when returning the items to us, as we cannot be responsible for the return during transit
