Instructions: Shake the bottle. Place a small amount of MAG-GRIP inside your palm. Rub the palms slightly together to spread the liquid in the palms and fingers. Wait for the liquid to dry until a white coating is diplayed inside the hands. DO NOT rub the palms for a long time like putting lotion.
