This black North face rain coat was pre-owned but is in great condition. The fabric above the tag inside the jacket is a little ripped up shown in the picture, although this does not show through the other side. The measurements are: under arm to under arm is 22", shoulder to hem is 24". I do have a dog and cat if it matters to you, although everything is freshly washed.
