Up for offer is this wonderful collection of assorted snow babies. There is a total of 12 - (twelve). Of the collection 9 - (nine) are assorted small mini sizes, white in color with the textured outfits. Hand painted faces. Of these all are children, with the exception of 1 which is a snowman
Now the other 3 -(three) are in some kind of cloth ski outfits, with a sprinkle of some kind of flecks to resemble snow??? These three have bisque heads with hand painted faces. 2 -(two) are playing on sleds (1)boy and (1)girl, I believe her skirt is crape paper? and the rest is the cloth, the other is on a pair of skis. Please see photos for different sizes.
7 -(seven) of the mini snow babies are marked Germany. The 2 -(two) larger ones are not marked, (although I know they are) German, they're not marked, you can see how nicely the faces are painted. The 3-(three) cloth dressed only one is marked Germany, again I do believe all of these to be German.
Condition: As Good as they get, especially for the age. No chips/cracks Even the fine woodwork on the sleds and skis are in great condition.
These are from my own private families estate. These have never been cleaned.... They could use it due to some (what I'd call) light dust from age.
