If actual shipping charges are less than what I charged I will refund the difference. If you are going to email me about the high cost of shipping, I don't just throw them in a box like some buyers have asked. I bag figures on their card. I Place a cardboard backer on the back of the card to keep the card straight in shipping then bubble wrap it.  This takes up space which costs money, but you want your items to arrive in good shape, YES? I do what I can to protect them but the rest is up to the mail carrier. So don't email questions about shipping. International purchasers, I only ship using EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. Do not ask me to change that or to ship to a secondary address as I will not. ….but again, any overcharge I will refund to you.
