If you find that an item is not as described, we will be happy to accept a return and credit you in full for the purchase price, including shipping. We choose the most reliable, cost efficient, shipping carrier, from USPS, Federal Express and UPS shippers for the item to be shipped. You may request a specific carrier (FedEx or UPS). Extra charges may apply.

All shipments have a handling time of 24-36 hours. Most items ship by the close of the next business day. Shipping insurance is required by ebay. This item includes an added domestic insurance cost of $3.35. Inquire about International shipping charges. Some items may be of a size where shipping costs are calculated using the package dimensions as well as weight, NOT only the actual weight. This is a shipper rule, not ours. If you need a shipping quote, please request one before bidding. Multiple items may possibly be combined. Please inquire as there are size and weight restrictions. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the shipment is refused. If a shipment is returned to us after the carrier has made the maximum number of attempts to deliver the package, the fee charged to us for this will be deducted from the processed refund after the package is returned to us.

One reason is for added insurance on items with a closing price greater than $50 when shipping using the USPS Priority Mail Service and greater than $100 with FedEx and UPS. In addition, we take great care to package your item properly for shipping. Handling allows us to use quality materials to properly package and ship your items. It also covers extra materials in the packaging of larger or fragile items. We care about the environment. So at times where possible, we use quality, recycled packaging materials. This helps us offset some handling and packaging charges.
