If anything in the details looks questionable, or important information is missing, please be sure to ask questions or inform the seller that clarifications need to be published on the listing. If you find that a human error was made in the title and/or details, thus making them inconsistent, please bring attention to it. An erroneous listing with conflicting details automatically becomes null and void. By purchasing or bidding on such a listing, the buyer consents to either detail taking precedence over the other-, whichever the seller originally intended to offer. A ‘not as described’ case may not be opened if either of the conflicting descriptions corresponds to the item that was received.

Communication: Please allow the seller 24-48 hours to respond to an e-mail, and try again a second time if you haven’t received a reply. It’s possible that your message wasn’t received, or you didn’t receive the response. In cases concerning a problem with your order, eBay requires an attempt to communicate and work with the seller before opening a case or dispute. .

Returns: Even when returns are not accepted, we take responsibility for the sale of defective items which were not described as such, or were not marked “As Is”. However, we cannot control or take responsibility for any problems that may eventually occur in your possession, which are outside of our power. For example: XBox's ring of death, naturally bad quality of As Seen On TV items, or factory defects on items that were sealed or un-inspected.

Insurance: If a damaged item is insured, the buyer must participate in any documentation requested by the insurance company, such as signing any claim form necessary, if any, before receiving a refund or exchange.

Item not received: If an item appears to be lost in the mail, a refund can be issued after 30 days of shipment to give the package the opportunity to arrive, even if late. International shipments must wait 45 days, but may open an item not received claim before the 45th day to meet with eBay and paypal's 45 day day claim limitation, but still allow up to 45 days total as of the date of shipment for the item to arrive (or otherwise be claimed by insurance, if any was purchased). 

Seller Feedback: Please do not rate USPS's delivery time or the product’s quality on the seller's feedback. Only rate the seller on their performance, courtesy, and effort in professionally addressing any questions and/or concerns.

Shipping Speed: In feedback, when rating a seller’s shipping time, please do not base your rating on the post office’s speed. Take note on the date that your order was made, and how long it took the seller to ship it. Also take into consideration that if the seller promises to ship within 4 business days, and does so, they've earned 5 stars.
