Measuring Tips

To get an accurate body measurement, always keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor when measuring. We undergarments only; do not measure over clothing. Once you know your body measurements, consult the Size Chart below and the Fit Tips on the products pages to determine which size you should purchase.


BUST
Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping your elbows tucked down toward your sides.

WAIST
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure across at this point.

HIP
Stand with your feet together, measure around fullest part of your hips and rear.

The chart above is for estimation only. Depending on fabric and cut, some dresses may be cut smaller than others. Please check dress description prior to ordering.

Shipping and Feedback

Feedback is important to all sellers since Ebay fails to protect sellers. BFR does their very best to deliver fast and efficient and provide excellent customer service. Please communicate with seller.

Shipping

USA First Class is economic and used mainly for pantyhose and lingerie, items weighing under 13 ounces. Parcel Post is economic & ships with 50 pound items, between 3 to 9 business days for delivery, usually chosen for items weighing over 13 ounces. First Class delivery time varies though estimated 3 to 9 business days. Media mail is only for books and DVD’s and is the cheapest but takes up to 9 business days for delivery. Priority is ESTIMATED (Not guaranteed) at 2 to 3 days for delivery. Express is 1 to 2 days for delivery guaranteed.

 

Canada First Class is pretty efficient and economic but also does not come with insurance or tracking and takes sometimes an entire month to deliver, depending on holidays and amount of packages delivered as Express and Priority are delivered first. Priority is estimated delivery time at 6 to 10 business days for delivery (2 weeks) with limited insurance and tracking. Express is guaranteed 3 to 5 days with insurance and tracking.

 

International shipping has many choices. If the item is in stock it can ship within 5 days anywhere. If it is not in stock delivery time will vary. Express Shipping is 3 to 5 business days for delivery guaranteed with insurance and tracking. Priority is 6-10 business days for delivery, no guarantee on deliver date, insurance up to $69 US dollars, and tracking. First Class is economic and being the cheapest it does not come with insurance or tracking. First Class takes the longest to arrive and buyer takes a risk. BFR will not send First Class to France or Spain. Italy BFR cannot sent leather goods to.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

 

If an item is purchased at full price it may be returned for an exchange. The buyer needs to contact the seller within 3 days of receiving merchandise and return it within 7 days. For an exchange buyer will agree to return the item and pay for exchange shipping.  Return in "Same New Condition" is important, if wore it is not returnable, if purchased by a smoker item will have to be dry cleaned and it ceases to be new. This is to protect buyers and give them the same new item not one used or smelling of smoke. Buyer is encouraged to sell their item.

 

SALE items, Retired items, and Clearance priced items, are FINAL SALES. If an item is on Sale, Retired or on clearance it is not open to return or exchange. Buyer can resell on eBay if item does not meet their expectations or find item a new home. I encourage people to read the feedback on any item. Because I love something does not mean it will work for someone else. We try to under promise and over deliver. But someone may feel they don't look like the model and that cannot be helped by the seller. BFR does try to have items for every person in all budgets. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions before purchase. But understand clearly if you want to try a sale item it becomes your responsibility once purchased.

For all Pre-Orders:  Shipping is Free domestic and $5 off the following rates.

US $6.90 First Class shipping no insurance.  Priority 2-3 day delivery is $12.

Canada is $24.00 for Priority estimated 2 week delivery from shipping date.  For First Class shipping $15.  Express is $40.00 for over one pound under two pounds.

International is folded TIGHTLY in an Express Flat Rate envelope is $57.00 3 to 5 day delivery with insurance and tracking.  Priority to is $46 and the least expensive rate estimated at 2 weeks from shipping date with insurance at $69.99 and tracking.  It is estimated based on your countries customs office.  You will see we ship right away, and the USA will get it out immediately, then it is up to your country to sort and deliver.  UK, France, Spain, Italy, & Germany are always required to purchase Priority or Express shipping. Other countries and my regular customers in countries above can choose First class shipping at $22.  AU is taking longer to arrive if you need the item quickly choose Express Shipping or Priority shipping, first Class can take nearly 2 months from shipping date.

Customs: Buyer is responsible for their countries charges.

UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, & France are required to purchase Priority or Express shipping ONLY. First Class takes too long to be delivered.

International customers are required to know their own countries customs charges and pay their own taxes accordingly.
