What a great vintage Playmobil set this is.  A very old set that is hard to find.  This set is 'nearly' complete with a few small pieces missing and a few minor substitutions. Please see photos to see what is included.

This item has been played with and may have scuffs or rubs from play or discoloration from age.  A few small things to note - there is color change on the white pieces that have yellowed (see last photo).  There is also a color difference on the small grey porch roof pieces and a few accessories.  One of the three sets of stairs has a minor stress mark on top.  The porch door has a bit of a bend in it but still works fine.

A really great set that is hard to find as complete as this.
