If the driver will not let you examine the item or remove the packaging, please sign for the item as DAMAGED and put this by your signature. Please follow these instructions.
Returns
In the unfortunate event that you need to return the item, unless the part is faulty,the buyer will be responsible for the payment and safe return of the goods. The buyer will have a duty of care to return the item in the condition it was supplied. They are also responsible for returning the item in suitable and secure packaging. If the seller has arranged collection of the goods on your behalf,then payment will need to be made upfront before collection,and the goods must be available to the courier when advised to the buyer, else further collection charges will apply if recollection is required. Returned faulty goods will be security checked and tested on arrival and if found to be falsely returned,then any carriage charges will not be refunded.
