Describe the damage and email photos. We will then submit a shipping damage claim to the carrier.

We will reship your order or refund the purchase as soon as the claim is approved and paid, which may take up to four weeks.

 You must keep ALL packing materials and package contents until picked up by the carrier for inspection.
