SIZE: There is no size tag in the lining. I believe it would fit ABOUT a size M or MAYBE a smaller L, but PLEASE CHECK MEASUREMENTS to determine if it will fit you. THESE ARE APPROXIMATE...finding beginning and ending points to measure proves difficult when there aren't always seams for guidance. Please understand that I am not a seamstress and my measurements could be slightly off. If these are your exact measurements, contact me and we can discuss how much play room there might be. The model in this photo is 5'5" and weighs 125 pounds. The coat was roomy on her.

CONDITION: While we are not furriers, we did inspect the coat thoroughly. We found it to be in VERY GOOD Pre-Owned condition. We bought this from a furrier who told us the coat had always been cold stored until recently when it was traded in for a new fur. The following is our own assessment:
The FUR is free of tears, odors and shedding. There is some minimal wear at the collar, cuffs, closures and pocket entries but it's not bad at all and you will have to look for it. There are no bald spots. While not as supple as a brand new fur, this one isn't dry/stiff either and bends/folds easily. The bottom line is it's very pretty, in nice shape and should provide you with warmth and style for many winters to come.
The LINING is in good condition with no tears or soiling. There is a monogram and a Bullock's furrier label.
