If customer do not want replacement for defective items, they are responsible for the return shipping cost to ship it back to us for a item cost refund.

Damaged Or Loss Products: We inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer box is not damaged).
