10 Day Start up Warranty on all used Motors & Transmissions. 10 day warranty starts on day of delivery. Warranty limited to mechanical parts only. All warranties are null and void if alterations or changes have been made to the Motor or Transmission. Rebuilt motors must follow the break – in procedure warranty completely and exactly as specified. Customers must install a brand new oil pump, brand new oil cooler and must flush completely and precisely all used oil lines. All Re-Manufactured Engines have a 1000 mile / 30 day break-in warranty. All Installs on all engines must be performed by an ASE Certified Mechanic and utilize new seals, gaskets, and pumps WITH PROOF OF RECEIPT. Any Performance parts (including aftermarket tuning software) void all warranties. Accessories such as alternators, starters, carburetors, fuel pumps, brackets, timing covers, timing belts, valve covers and water pumps are not covered under this limited warranty. Millennium Auto Sales is not responsible for any damages or loss due to installation removal or use of this merchandise by the customer. We make no promise, guarantee or warranty other than what is showing on this form. All claims must be made within the 30 day warranty period to be honored, any claims outside this period are null. Damages during shipping are not our responsibility and must be taken up with the shipping company. No warranty on ANY electrical parts (clusters, ECU’s, Harnesses, etc.) Any legal Disputes with Millennium Auto must be taken up or contested in the state of Michigan
