NANO SHINE COAT™ is an ultimate paint protection system against all negative environmental effects. Its unique technology helps achieve a thick coating, which protects Your car from bird droppings, acid rains, UV lights. Surfaces, coated with NANO SHINE COAT™ will also inherit highly hydrophobic surface properties, which will enable You to clean Your car easily and with less time and energy. Your car will stay more clean and shiny when coated with NANO SHINE COAT™.

APPLICATION

  1. Prepare the surface properly prior coating. It is advised to fully wash the car, apply clay bar, polish with appropriate and required cutting compounds and machines, use silicon-removing cleaners, wash car again and dry the car until it’s fully dry
  2. Ensure that there’s no risk of water dripping onto partly cured coating. It is recommended to use a strong air stream to blow any excess water from trim areas
  3. If water does drip onto partially cured coating, we recommend re-polishing the affected area and reapplying the NANO SHINE COAT™
  4. Surface, prepared for application, must be dry and free of any dirt, water and detergent residues.

    AREAS OF APPLICATION: :

  • Cars, boats and any other type of transport vehicles (Trains, aircraft, motorcycles etc.)
  • Painted surfaces, lacquered body and lights (headlights, taillights, fog lights etc.), black plastic trim surfaces
  • Coating is not suitable for chrome, painted plastic parts without lacquer
  • Freshly painted parts can be coated, but no earlier than after 4 weeks of painting
  • This product is applicable to all lacquered painted plastic surfaces.

Product is recommended as upper layer for CERAMIC ARMOR COAT to achieve best results possible.

    NANOWIPER  nano coating for glass coating nano level. 4 nanometers in nano-sized group of silanes components during application adheres to the glass surface, so giving a glass hydrophobic  and oleofobic  properties.  

    Cover glass improves visibility when driving in the rain, while driving faster than 70km / h speed wipers no longer needed. NANOWIPER  nano coating to enhance visibility in 34%, 25% improves the driver's reaction time, 70% reduction in the accumulation of soiling, 60% decrease in expenses glass cleaner. Glass surface is much easier to clean: summer insects are easy to clean, very easily cleaned with a winter frost.

    Surfaces coated with this tool, it is easily cleaned and maintained, and requires less effort and time.

    Preparation of coating:

    Coatings are advised to wear gloves because of the presence these in draining materials. The surface prior to application of coatings and must be thoroughly cleaned, dry, grease or otherwise you free from contamination.

      Technical information:

    • Storage conditions:  store at temperatures above +5 0C.
    • Application conditions:  our product has to be applied on dry surface during the excellent weather conditions in the temperature above +5 0C (+410F)
    • Nano coating yield:   8-12 ml / m2
    • Efficiency:   9-12 months or 20,000 miles, depending on the physical, chemical factors affecting the glass surface.

      Directions for use:

    • 1.      Shake the NANOCLEANER (Nano valiklis) container before each use.
    • 2.      Put NANOCLEANER (Nano valiklis) on glass or sponge and with circular movements clean the surface.
    • 3.      Use paper towel to dry out the surface (don’t touch the pane with fingers).
    • 4.   Before the application of NANO WIPER (Nano danga) shake the container. 
    • 5.   Spray NANO WIPER (Nano danga) on smaller cloth and then with vertical movements humidify the surface. Spray again when cloth doesn’t leave wetted trace. Repeat the process until entire surface is coated
    • 6.      After few minutes polish the surface with bigger cloth. The surface shouldn’t have contact with water for approx. 2 hrs.
    • 7.      To check the hydrophobic effect, place water on the part of the surface.
