  1. We will ship your order within 24 hours after receiving your verified payment (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays)!

  2. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail and other couriers, and we also provide international Expressed delivery such as DHL (if you want to get urgently), but additional shipping fee is needed.

  3. The shipping speed can not be controlled by us, but in general, shipping time is 3 to 5 working days within UK except rush hours of special holidays. And you can contact us if you haven't received within two week.

RETURN POLICY
  1. We put buyer's satisfaction at top priority. If you're not pleased with your purchases, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the item total price less Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges within 14 days of your purchases.

  2. For any Exchange, Refund or Return, the item must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories or gifts.
