we did our best to ensure that all our products have been checked for
any damages it is possible that we overlooked a few minor scratches.

Thus please check the photos for any marks or scratches to

Although items are checked and we guarantee their condition

may happen that an item is faulty or does not work as expected. This is
related to the fact that we normally test them before we remove them
from a car and never later due to lack of resources.

Sold items are always well packaged to avoid any damages

shipment but we usually recommend to check them upon delivery.

All our items are sold with security marks to stop any fake
returns.
• Collections times can be arranged from morning to
evening
almost every day of the week but we have to be notified early enough to
prepare item for collection.
• Please note that all bulbs (if included) are
attached as extra equipment for free and without warranty.
• Once the item is received and you are happy with
it we would appreciate
some positive feedback and we will do the same. If there is any problem
please call us first before leaving any kind of feedback.

§ 1. All
items are sold as seen – it is buyer’s
responsibility to
read description and check carefully all attached pictures to make sure
that he knows what he buys. Any doubts - please ask
us for help.
§
2. The
warranty covers the part functionality. Any damages or breaks caused
during installation of the part or caused by inproper use are not
covered.
§ 3.
Buyer should check item after delivery to make sure it matches his
order and is not damaged during transit. All packages are insured in
case of damage.
§ 4.
Buyer should check item’s condition and functionality before
fitting it in a car. We are not responsible for any costs as a result
of installation faulty item.
§
5. All invoices provided by Ertcom Automotive Ltd are without VAT
because we are not VAT registered company.
§
6. Returned item must be complete and in the same condition as received.
§ 7. Returned item must be packaged
well against damages during transit.
§ 8. A buyer pays return
postage due to ordered by mistake or if the customer has changed his /
her mind.
The amount of £10 - £15 may be deducted from the
purchase price if the returned item was sold with a free delivery.

9. All items are dispatched as tracked parcel. A courier company is
responsible for any delivery delay.
§ 10.
Ertcom Automotive Ltd is the only owner of all pictures of sold items
and we don't give permission to copy or use them by any other
persons/organisations/companies.
