TENCEL® is the lyocell fiber from the house of Lenzing. It is of botanic origin, since it is extracted from the raw material wood. Fiber production itself is extremely Eco friendly, due to the closed loop system. On the day that the fiber TENCEL® was invented, a new chapter was written in the history of fibers. Textiles of TENCEL® are more absorbent than cotton, softer than silk and cooler than linen.

TENCEL® comes from nature and makes use of photosynthesis which has, since the beginning of time, been an important mechanism in nature and the basis for life on earth. In photosynthesis the energy from the sun is absorbed by various dyestuffs, primarily green chlorophyll, and converted into chemical energy. In this respect, the starting products of carbon dioxide and water are converted into dextrose and oxygen. The more TENCEL® fiber you have, the more oxygen.
Tencel (Lyocell) a Botanic Fiber is much better than Art Silk (Viscose) in terms of durability, softness, shedding and cleaning.

Care & Maintenance
Vacuum regularly. Brush less attachment is recommended. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends; clip them with scissors to remove. Remove spills immediately; blot with clean cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard-to-remove stains professional rug cleaning is recommended.

How Will My Order Ship?
As we are going to make a new rug for you, it may take us 30 Days to weave and finish your carpet. Usually we ship the rug early as the 30 Days are for the maximum size rug. As soon as we get your order we start the process of manufacturing.
All items generally sent via FedEx but we also consider DHL, UPS & TNT for different locations considering services for a particular location and freight. Once an item is shipped, we will update the tracking number. You may use the tracking number to track the status of your shipment. For customized delivery you may contact your local Courier Company office with the tracking number they will help you out.
It is advised if you get any of your ordered packages in open condition or damage condition please clearly mention over the receipt damage delivery and inform us as all the items were sent insured.
What if I Need to Return an Item?
We know it is sometimes difficult to purchase items online. When you purchase an item from us, you have 14 days from the day you receive to decide if the item is well suited for your home or office. This is a handmade product little size variation may come so kindly consider.
If you are unsatisfied with the item simply send us a message and we will respond promptly with complete return instructions. Once the item has been returned to our facility, we will issue a refund for 100% of your purchase price.
We do not charge any restocking fees, however the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all items that are not damaged in transit. Please allow 2 - 4 days for your credit to post.
