We ship to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post or by Courier (Fastway, Toll IPEC or Couriers Please).
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Your order will be processed within 1 business day and sent direct to you with Australia Post or by Courier (Fastway, Toll IPEC or Couriers Please).
Do we ship to PO boxes or Parcel lockers?
Yes in most instances we can. However, in some cases we may ask you to provide an alternative residential address instead eg. large bulky items not catered for by Australia Post.
Can I track my delivery online?
Yes, we will provide you with tracking information and updates on the progress of your order.
How long will it take my purchase to arrive?
Your order will typically arrive at your door step in 2 to 10 days, depending on location.
Who can accept my delivery?
A signature may or may not be required on delivery, depending on order value. Generally, we suggest that any orders over $100 require a signature on receipt.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
It is your responsibility to verify you have entered the correct delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect, any extra freight or replacement costs will be charged to you.
