Available for immediate purchase are up to five (5) used VIKING 512 MB Registered ECC RAM modules. The modules are chipwise-identical to each other, so they are 'matched'. The module labels bear the model number VI4CR647228DTHL4. The DRAM chips are made by Micron Technologies, model MT46V32M8 TG-75C. This same module model is found on manufacturer compatibility lists for the Tyan S2880 Thunder K8S and S2723 Tiger i7501; MSI K8D Master-F; Intel Server boards SE7500WV2, SE7500CW2, SE7501HG2, SE7501CW2, SE7501BR2, SE7501WV2, SE7505VB2, SHG2, SSH4, SPSH4, SRSH4, and SR870BH2. I've found that these work well on most AMD MP/MPX chipset motherboards, such as the Tyan S2466N-4M Tiger MPX, S2468 Thunder K7X, S2469 Thunder K7X Pro, Gigabyte GA-7DPXDW-P, Asus A7M266-D, MSI K7D Master L, and others. Upon bidder request, I'd be pleased to run them on any MP/MPX chipset board model that I have available in order to assess compatibility. These modules were removed from working systems being upgraded.

This module model has been certified 'GOLD' by Computer Memory Test Laboratory, and each module in this collection has the CMTL Gold sticker that includes the unique ID and other certification-related information. 'GOLD' is the highest certification awarded by CMTL.

Shipping & Handling

SHIPPING COST: Buyer agrees to prepay bid, actual shipping and actual insurance cost, and $1.00 handling fee. Amounts shown in the shipping table are for insured shipping of this specific item only, using the service shown to the location given. PLEASE NOTE: Costs shown in the table during the auction reflect cost of insurance for the value at the time shown. Actual shipping and handling fee cost is computed by the shipping calculator when the listing completes, based on the final value, and WILL PROBABLY BE MORE than shown prior to auction end. Other services are available but the ones listed are usually the best value for the result provided. I WILL combine shipping for multiple purchases in most cases - please see COMBINED SHIPPING section below.

PROCESSING TIME: I normally ship within 2 business days after receipt of cleared payment, Monday through Saturday. If an overnight service is purchased, I will ship by the next business day after receipt of cleared payment, including Saturday. Transit time guarantees are the responsibility of the carrier (see TRANSIT TIME and TRANSIT TIME CLAIMS below).

VARIATIONS: Please contact me before paying if you wish to use other USPS services or features, a different carrier, if you wish to decline insurance, or if you have any other requests for variation from any of the terms of this listing. I will accept requests to ship uninsured or to ship using lower classes of service and adjust the shipping charge accordingly, but only if buyer agrees to accept full cost responsibility for damage, loss, or theft in transit. We must mutually agree on any such request PRIOR to buyer completing payment.

CUSTOMS FEES/VAT FOR NON-US LOCATIONS: Each country's Customs service computes and collects Customs, VAT, or other import fees according to its own rules, and normally does so when it clears the item for delivery. I have NO control over or knowledge of the fees assessed or collected - this is completely separate from the cost of shipping. Buyer is responsible for understanding the import rules affecting the destination country, and for paying any fees or taxes assessed.

TRANSIT TIME: Transit time is the number of BUSINESS days from dispatch to the date of delivery. All transit times shown in the table below are USPS estimates, not mine. Within the US, this is counted from the date of mailing to the date of delivery. Outside the US, this is counted from the date of mailing to the date of arrival at the destination country Customs service. This does NOT include any time spent in Customs processing, nor time spent en route from the Customs service to the final destination address.

COMBINED SHIPPING: To take advantage of combined shipping costs, buyer must contact me PRIOR to paying for purchase. I will determine best cost for service requested and provide a combined item eBay invoice. The $1 handling fee applies to each combined item. I may have to charge an additional fee (usually no more than $4, depending on the items) for the cost of an appropriate packing solution. Certain items don't combine well and may not provide an advantage over separate shipping.

TRANSIT TIME CLAIMS: If a service is used that provides a transit time guarantee and that guarantee is broken by the shipper, the buyer is responsible for notifying me. I will refund the actual amount of any shipping charges I am able to recover from the carrier.

SHIPPING INSURANCE CLAIMS: Buyer is responsible for following all recipient requirements stipulated by the carrier, including the retention of packing material. I will support any actions required by the carrier to pursue a shipping claim, but buyer must notify me in time sufficient to meet carrier deadlines. I will refund the actual amount of any damage payment and shipping charge refund provided to me by the carrier.

All previously owned (used) items have been tested and are guaranteed to be in working order upon arrival.  If there is a problem you must contact me within 3 business days of receipt or the sale will be considered final. Compatibility issues are the buyer's responsibility. Memory modules returned due to incompatibility with the target motherboard may be exchanged for like items, based on availability, if the buyer pays all shipping expenses. If a refund is requested due to incompatibility, purchase price (no shipping) less a $5 processing fee will be refunded upon receipt and confirmation of operating condition of returned items.
