Domestic: We ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, but please see listing details for which service is used for that product. USPS First-Class Mail 2 - 7 business days USPS Media Mail 7 - 10 business days USPS Priority Mail 2 - 3 business days USPS Express Mail 1 business day International: We ship by USPS Priority International Mail. If buyer wants this to be shipped by USPS First Class International Mail, there will be an additional fee of $11.50 for mail certification. There has been an increase in international mail fraud so I have no other choice to send packages with certification which can be tracked internationally. Please confirm shipping with us. Priority Mail International 6 - 10 business days Express Mail International 3 - 5 business days We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. Return Policy: We will NOT refund or exchange any sealed product once it has been opened. If the product is defective, please return it for a replacement. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge, and we are responsible for the postage for mailing a new item to you. The original Shipping and handling fees are not refundable under any circumstances, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product.
