Returns
We have a 14 days returns policy. The goods must be returned to us in the condition that they were received. We will refund minus our postage costs IMPORTANT all our goods if opened or used are Non-Returnable for reasons of health and hygiene. Please contact us if you wish to return an item explain the reason in detail. You will be emailed instructions on returning your item. Refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us. Refunds will be minus our postage costs and Restocking/Admin fees of 15% of the order value. Should you have any further queries please email. All our units are quality tested by the manufacturer. Incase any fault develops then all our electrical goods are covered by manufacturers warranty. You can contact us to arrange a repair or replacement Unit. The cost of sending the unit back for replacement will be borne by us if the unit becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days the customer will have to pay the shipping to send it back to us. We pay postage costs incurred in sending the unit back to you.
