Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched . Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque or have issued an e cheque via paypal

Returns

If the item you received is not wanted or you have changed your mind then please return it to us and submit a returns request via " My eBay" within 14 days of receipt. Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Please take good care of the goods as they must be in a resalable condition. Once we receive the item back we will issue a product refund only excluding any postage costs inline with eBay policy and Distance Selling Regulations.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods and we may need the item sending back to us.

If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. We may ask for proof of damage or of the fault prior to the item being returned, this proof is normally an image/s sent to us by EMAIL.
