I believe Sigma/Martin's DR 35- N was only made in the US between about 80' and 83'. It was recently set up by a local Martin/Taylor shop and it plays beautifully. It comes with a solid Sitka Spruce top with no blems or cracks, and a small amount of finish webbing, maybe a pinhead sized ding or two. The back is a solid three piece, made of rosewood with classic D-35 inlays. It is immaculate. The back has no blems, cracks, or buckle rash as well. The sides are likewise solid rosewood. The only repair on this guitar was a new piece of neck binding spliced in at the third fret right side. It is hardly noticeable (see pic. 10). The fretboard and frets have very little wear, and the rosewood bridge is tight and has no lifting or bellying. It plays like a regular Martin D-35 at less than half the cost. SN#. 901369. See attached information sheet (pic 4) and stamp on heel block (pic 3). Comes with a fitted plush case which has been used but is perfectly functional. A rare find!

REVISION: To those who have or may be bidding on this item Upon further research and correspondence with a fellow E-bayer it seems via a link to Wikepedia Sigma guitars .17 (ALLEXPERTS.Com ) that the Dr-35n Model though still very desirable and quite rare  has laminated rosewood back and sides and a solid top only. I am sorry for confusion  as I am far from being an expert on such things. It is a wonderful instrument and in excellent condition for it's age. Please bid accordingly  Sincerely  D.
