Are you tired of razor burn, irritation, nicks and cuts when you shave? The reason is that cartridge razor you probably use. Modern razors use a large number of blades to produce a close, quick shave. But those blades cause excessive irritation to your face. That's why many people are returning to way our Grandfathers shaved, with a double edge razor. 

What you're bidding on is a 1920 Gillette "Tuckaway" double edge razor set. I couldn't find a date code but the razor has a patent date of Jan 13,1920. It uses a very sharp single double edge blade to produce a close and comfortable shave. Also included is the original travel case, blade holder and some vintage blades. Being a vintage razor, it is of course used but is in great shape. The case has a few signs of tarnish and there is a small hairline separation on the handle. I've included a close-up of the handle and the top of the razor so you can see this minor damage. Considering it's age this razor set is in great shape. It has been cleaned, sterilized and polished to make it look like it did in the '20's.
