All items will be stated as gift on the package and in lower value. However, custom duty may still applicable and we are NOT responsible for it.

1) For security reason, Buyer is required to use mail service with tracking number. I will use registered airmail too when return the item to you.
2) In case of Exchange: Only defective item will be exchanged. If you return the item but it turns out that the item is not a defective item (e.g. you put empty batteries so it won't work!), buyer will pay for the return shipment. If you don't want to pay the return shipment and want a refund, 20% of the total cost will be deducted as handling charge.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON POSTAGE DELAY: Hong Kong post has strengthened their security process (thanks to those who still try to send lithium battery thro airmail!), now ALL airmail package must be scanned thro X-ray INDIVIDUALLY to ensure no prohibited item is inside. This will lead to a HUGE delay up to 20 extra working day to process your package before departure. So it is not suprise to see your item being stuck in Hong Kong postage system. I have nothing can do about this, all Hong Kong sellers are suffering from this situation. Please kindly understand and be patient to wait for your package.
