RETURN POLICY
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not happy with the item, contact us within 14 days from receiving your item. Item being returned must be in NEW condition with the original packaging also in NEW condition and include all of the pieces. We are an Authorized Retail Distributor for all licensed costumes, accessories and props. If your order is missing parts or damaged, contact us within 3 days from receiving the item and we will correct the issue immediately.

All returns must have an associated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, email us within 14 days.
• Please email your eBay Buyer ID, Full Name, Item(s) and reason for the return.
• Return must include RMA # and be sent postmarked within 3 days of receiving your RMA number.
• Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Condition when an item is not returnable:
• Opened or ripped factory packaging or damaged photo cardboard inside packaging.
• Costumes that have been worn, used or altered.
• Items with signs of hair, perfume, tobacco, stains or lint on the material.
• Clearance, Markdown, or Sale items.

For hygienic reasons, if opened, the following items OR costumes that include any of the following pieces are NOT RETURNABLE:
• Socks or Stockings
• Masks
• Wigs, Beards, Facial Hair or Any Type of Artificial Hair
• Undergarments of any type (tights, petticoats, bloomers, etc.)
• Shoes or boots

Refunds are for the full cost of the merchandise(less any shipping charges) and return shipping charges are not refundable. Any purchases made with FREE SHIPPING will be credited the full cost of the item minus what it cost to ship the item to you to cover our original shipping cost. Packages refused or missed for whatever reason and therefore immediately shipped back to us, or the package is undeliverable as addressed, any shipping charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund the day the item arrives back in our warehouse.
