Tracking information will be emailed and added to Paypal as soon as they are available. We will ship orders via Canada Post Express Mail. Insurance is included with shipping charges.
 
Most of our items come with free shipping. Otherwise, shipping is $15 USD to Canada, $20 USD to the US, and $55 USD for international.

Items must be received in their original condition and with the appraisal and jewelry box included. The item must be returned insured and must be received within 14 days of buyers receipt. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the full refund in order to allow us to inspect the returned diamond. Refunds will be made for the purchase price only.
