We send without box to save postage costs for our buyers but if you do require the box then please message us and we can advise if there would be any additional costs.  

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days from date of paid order then by courier to the UK which should ensure that your purchase arrives within no more than 4-5 working days. for international deliveries we use the Spanish postal system which may take slightly longer.

Dispatch and Delivery

Items are usually posted within 3 working days unless our listing states otherwise. All items are posted to UK mainland using Courier service; N Ireland and the islands of Scotland are by courier to UK and then second class Royal Mail. International sales items are posted by Correos International Signed for.

Returns

Items are accepted for return within 14 days for any reason. N.B. if a returns request is not logged within 14 days then a credit note or exchange will be the only option available. Please message us to let us know you are sending the item back prior to returning it and open a returns case in the Resolution Centre.

All returns will initially be offered an exchange; if an exchange is not required then a refund will be given. Please bear in mind that return postage costs are non refundable and any exchanges will incur an additional postage charge. Please enclose a note with the return so we know who the item is from. The refund process can take up to 28 days. During busy times it can take us up to 7 days to log returned items and then a further 7 days after you have opened the returns request to process your refund. The whole process does rely on replies from our messages and realistically can take up to 14 days to complete.

Lost items

Occasionally items do get lost in the post. However all our packages are signed for delivery and all items are insured against loss. In the event of a lost item we will send a replacement as long as we have one or offer a refund / exchange.

Items sent to the UK are not considered lost until 15 working days have passed.
Items sent by Airmail are not considered lost until 25 working days have passed
Items sent by courier are fully traceable and therefore should be able to be tracked in the event of non delivery.
