STEP 1: GETTING STARTED - Tell us that you want us to build your website by purchasing this auction. Upon your payment, we will promptly send you a link to our website information submission area. This area is used to get us started working on your website. Add-ons will be billed separately from this auction, or if desired, you can add them on during your checkout process. This auction is for a complete 10-page website OR storefront delivered electronically to your choice of web host including but not limited to ours.

STEP 2: PROVIDE US WITH INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PROJECT - Our easy-to-use information submission area will help guide you through the process of submitting the information we need to complete your project. You will be asked a series of simple questions and be given an opportunity to upload files directly to us. The majority of our clients feel we have made the process of submitting information very fast and easy. However, if you need assistance, we will make time available to help you during this step and throughout the entire process of building your website. STEP 5: CUSTOMER REVIEW - We will then send you an email providing you with full access and login information to your website along with a links to our quick start guide and/or videos on how to use the CMS. We allow up to 30 days for you to give us feedback about the website and request any changes that might need to take place. In our experience, most customers will not have revisions to request because of the time we take in Step 2 to understand your project and also because most requested changes can actually be handled in the easy-to-use CMS. However, if you have any revisions to submit that cannot be handled in the CMS, we require that you submit them in 1 email as one set of changes within 30 days of the receipt of your website. Can I get my site delivered in just HTML so that I can manage the site in Dreamweaver or other site editing software?
If you do not need or want the Content Management System, we can issue the site to you utilizing the most basic of all web programming languages: HTML. You will be able to edit your site in almost any wysiwyg or text editor. We need you to tell us at the beginning of the project that you want your site delivered in HTML, otherwise it will be delivered in PHP with a MySQL database. Be advised that you can use HTML within the content management system (CMS). Will I have complete copyright ownership of the site upon delivery?
