STEP 1: GETTING STARTED - Tell us that you want us to build your website by purchasing this auction. Upon your payment, we will promptly send you a link to our website information submission area. This area is used to get us started working on your website. Add-ons will be billed separately from this auction, or if desired, you can add them on during your checkout process. This auction is for a complete 10-page website OR storefront delivered electronically to your choice of web host including but not limited to ours.

STEP 2: PROVIDE US WITH INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PROJECT - Our easy-to-use information submission area will help guide you through the process of submitting the information we need to complete your project. You will be asked a series of simple questions and be given an opportunity to upload files directly to us. The majority of our clients feel we have made the process of submitting information very fast and easy. However, if you need assistance, we will make time available to help you during this step and throughout the entire process of building your website. We will make ourselves available by email and phone as needed. In addition to using our form to submit information to us, we also accept additional materials (i.e. photos, logos, scripts, etc.) via email, fax, or even through the mail. You can also let us know whether you want flash animation, e-commerce, or any other special requests that may not have been "added on" during the initial purchase.

STEP 3: ACERA REVIEW - Once you submit the form and materials in Step 2, we will start our review process of what you have sent. We'll make sure that we have everything needed to complete the basic structure of the site and that we are set with everything we need for delivery. We will communicate with you through email or phone as needed to gain clarification on details you have submitted and to inform you of any missing information. We will also help you with any special requests, provide advice, and discuss add-ons or modifications that you might wish to purchase. Simultaneously, we begin working on the main structure of the website such as creating databases, making structural files that will be needed for completion of your website project, connecting to the host via FTP, registering or transferring domain names, setting up hosting accounts, etc.

STEP 4: WEBSITE ASSEMBLY AND UPLOAD - After fully communicating about the materials and information you submit, we will start creating the look and feel of your website in accordance to the information you have given us and join it together with the structure of the website created during Step 3. Essentially, we use this time to fully assemble the website, configure files, attach the CMS, insert the content, and install any add-ons. Creating the graphic design of your site is the longest step in the entire process, but, as you can tell by our feedback, it is well worth it. Once we have merged the graphics and structure and attached the CMS/configured the storefront, we will create the layout(s) necessary for your site and insert the content you have provided. At this point we upload all the files for your website to your server and fully test all parts of your website to ensure that everything is working properly. (The entire process of step 4 normally takes 10 business days or less.)

STEP 5: CUSTOMER REVIEW - We will then send you an email providing you with full access and login information to your website along with a links to our quick start guide and/or videos on how to use the CMS. You will be able to review your website on your domain and begin using the Content Management System immediately. We believe you will LOVE your new website. We allow up to 30 days for you to give us feedback about the website and request any changes that might need to take place. In our experience, most customers will not have revisions to request because of the time we take in Step 2 to understand your project and also because most requested changes can actually be handled in the easy-to-use CMS. However, if you have any revisions to submit that cannot be handled in the CMS, we require that you submit them in 1 email as one set of changes within 30 days of the receipt of your website. We respond very quickly to all revision requests and will normally conduct requested revisions within two days of receipt.

(On a case by case basis we may even offer phone support or an entire personal walk-through of the use of your website.) After 90 days, content management support continues to be available to you at reasonable rates. ADD-ONS/UPGRADES/MODS - We have literally thousands of add-ons, upgrades, and mods that we can perform to your new website. These site changes are substantially discounted if purchased with the site or during the review process, but will remain available at our regular rates from that point forward. Each job requested is billed separately starting at $35.00 per hour for our hosting customers, $45.00 per hour for our content management support customers, and $75.00-$125.00 per hour for all others.

Can you build a site that offers translations in more than one language such as English, Spanish, French, Greek?

Yes, we can build your new website to display in multiple languages and even give you the ability to manage it in your CMS. If you have the ability to do the translation, we can help you with the rest.

For our storefront customers there is a one time fee of $75.00. This will allow you to have unlimited number of languages available on your site. Simply let us know you need to offer multiple languages and which ones you plan to use in the information submission area (sent to you after checkout), and we will set the site up for you to display your choice of languages.

For our standard website customers, the cost per additional page will be $20.00 ea. (example: A ten page website will need 10 additional pages for each additional language.)

There are no shipping fees for direct delivery to your hosting account. Upon your request within 60 days of purchase we will also send you a back-up CD/DVD of your website and all files used to create your website for the price of materials, organization, and shipping.

Time Frame: We will review all materials sent to us within 24-48 hours. We work as efficiently as possible to deliver great results in as little time as possible.
