Priority Mail: Shipping charges include insurance. Packages shipped
by Priority mail include a tracking number. They can be tracked from
the United States to their destination.

This product will first be shipped from the distribution warehouse in
LaGrange, Ohio to the office of Orion Sun Enterprises in North
Carolina. The product will then be shipped from North Carolina to
your location. Please provide your country, city, state, and zip code
for a shipping quote.

Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery after your item leaves
the United States.

There is a handling fee of $3.50 per international shipment.

RETURN POLICY:

The buyer is responsible for reading the system requirements. If your
system is not listed in the requirements, there is no guarantee that
the software will work on your system. No returns are accepted if the
system requirements do not match.

Non-Defective Returns: Not accepted.

Bad Address/Refusals: If an order is returned due to a bad address,
or the customer refuses the shipment, there will be a 25% restocking
fee along with a return freight charge. If a returned item is found to be non-defective this 25% restocking fee also applies.

Defective Returns: A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is
required. All items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s
packaging. Please indicate the nature of the defect.
