If you require larger lengths than 25m, order your multiple rolls, and we will send you free straight through push fit connectors to join your tube together. For example, 35 Meters = 1x 25M Roll, 10x 1M Lengths, and get a free push fit connector to join the 2… Easy!

Payment
Payment to be made within 24 hours from auction close. We accept PayPal as our preferred payment provider. Invoices can be requested and will be sent out via email or in the package, as you request.
ShippingIf using our economy service, please be aware that this can take up to 5 days to be delivered, and on the odd occasion, longer. Our economy service is offered and delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class - They recommend 3-5 Days from despatch. If your parcel hasn't arrived in 7 working days - we recommend that you contact us, so we can remedy the situation. If using our Next-Day service (available free on some larger orders - ask for details) then you will receive your parcel the next day. We use City-Link next day services, with tracking.
Return Policy
We accept returns on items that are not as described, or that are dead on arrival. If you believe a product is incorrect / DOA, you must report this within 7 days. Hose is cut to size and is therefore a 'custom' product. We may accept returns of hose at our discretion. Any faulty items will of course be refunded in full once inspection has taken place. We usually require the buyer to send the return back to us, and if the item is faulty we will re-imburse their additional postage costs and the product cost also. If it is not faulty we reserve the right to charge a administration fee, and/or may return the item as-is.
