Unless specified otherwise all orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping rates will be displayed before completed the transaction. In most cases all items are shipped within two business days of cleared payment. We offer different shipping options, depending of the product you may select among USPS and UPS shipping services.

About Local Pick ups

Boca Raton E-Commerce LLC does not offer local pick up service, unless explicitly specified in the listing. Please do not insist. Thanks.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. When selecting the shipping methods keep in mind that USPS International First Class service is not track-able and can not be insured. For a peace of mind select USPS Priority Mail International which can be insured and a tracking number will be provided. For international shipping Boca Raton E-Commerce LLC will complete a customs declaration form, where the "Merchandise" will be declared with the value you paid for. Please, do not ask to declare merchandise as a Gift, or declare a lesser value. It is not safe for you and, more important it is illegal.

• We only accept Paypal, however you can use any major credit card to pay through Paypal without opening a Paypal account
• Immediate payment is required, or 3 business days after auction close or Best Offer accepted.
• A 6.0% sales taxes will be charged at check out in the state of Florida

Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before returning an item please contact us to obtain a RMA. We will e-mail you full instructions and return address for your item. We may not be able to process

Items that are not Returnable
The following items are not returnable:

• Any item more than 30 days from delivery
  
• Any product missing the UPC or serial number
  
• Software items
  
• Items that are classified as hazarous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  
• Perishable products

Exchanging a Broken or Incorrect Item
If you receive and incorrect or a faulty item and want to exchange it for the same item, contact us for a RMA. If you would like to exchange it for a different item just contact us for a RMA, ship the item according to the instructions and place a new order for the desired item. You do not need to wait for us to receive the original item before placing a new order. When we receive the original item we will process the refund.

Refunds and Partial Refunds
The amount of your refund depends on different factors.

• Full refunds are granted when the item is returned in the same conditions that were received and returned within 30 days of delivery. Returning expenses are only refunded when the shipped item is incorrect or defective(1).
  
• Full refunds are also granted for incorrect or malfunctioning items. In this case the returning expenses are refunded as well according to the RMA.
  
• In all other cases, only partial refunds will be issued. Examples:
  • New items without any defect that are returned opened and/or with missing accessories for reasons not due to our mistake. Refunds: up to 50% of item's price.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds up to 80% of the item's price.

Stock

Boca Raton E-Commerce eBay store does not back order, or drop shippers services. All products offered at our eBay store are currently in stock to the best of our knowledge. However, it is possible that due a stock accounting error we may allow a customer to submit and order of a product that is out of stock. In this case, we will cancel the order and notify you about that cancellation.
