Postage & Handling Charges within Australia:
Free Shipping on selected items (dies, embossing folders, etc.). We will upgrade the shipping service to Registered Post for all domestic orders value over $60.
We offer combined Shipping for non-free shipping items and will work out the most economical shipping options for you.
Express Postage option is also available for all orders within Australia for extra cost.
We aim to dispatch your orders within two business days after the payment is received. The estimated delivery time for standard delivery within Australia is between 5-10 business days after your order has been dispatched (2-3 business days for Express Delivery).
Postage Charges for International Orders:
AUD$8 flat rate shipping charge for most orders. They will be shipped via trackable airmail which takes approximately 7-12 business days to arrive. The flat rate postage only applies to dies, cling stamps, embossing folders, stencils, and certain cardstock/paper pack. For bulkier items, additional postage charges may be applied.
We are happy to combined the invoices for you to save on postage. If you wish to have your orders combined, please DO NOT use the pay now button (Buy It Now) and please send us a message so we can manually adjust the shipping charges for you.
** International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and custom fees assigned by your custom.
Payment is due within 5 days of purchase unless agreed to prior to purchase. If payment is not received within these time frames, we reserve the right to cancel the sale. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we will not be held responsible for any loss of parcel due to an incorrect shipping address given to us.
If you purchase an item by mistake and would like to cancel the transaction or exchange for other items before the item has been posted, simply send us a message and we will accommodate your request. We accept returns for unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning any item. Shipping costs are not refundable (including items listed as free shipping) and will be taken off from the refund amount.
Items listed "Available" on our store are to the best of our knowledge. Some items will sometimes run low and are sold out without prior notice to us. Should an item your purchase be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the issue to advise expected delivery time. You have an option either change or cancel your order at this time.
