We will provide a tracking number directly to eBay within 24 business hours after an item has shipped. We will send a confirmation email with shipping carrier details to the email address on file with PayPal. Customer is responsible for being home or arranging delivery. If package is undeliverable or refused, shipping charges + 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. International Customers: We declare the full value of the item. We will not declare as a gift. Customer is responsible for all custom fees, taxes or any other charges. Return Policy Unless stated otherwise, all of the items we list on eBay carry a (14) day DOA Exchange/Return policy.   Any items found to be defective will be exchanged for an identical item.  If a replacement is not available a refund will be issued.
