Terms & Conditions PAYMENT: We accept payment by PayPal only. Payment is required within 3 days. If payment for your item is not received within 72hrs after agreement to purchase then it will be re-listed. If you want to buy more than one item, please put them to your “Shopping basket “ and check out and pay for all the items in your basket at once. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING: We aim to dispatch your items the next working day or within 1- 2 working days of payment clearing. Items are posted Monday to Friday. On Bank Holidays, your purchase will be sent the next working day. We currently use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class on all our listings, unless otherwise stated. 2nd Class: 4-10 Working days (please note: it can take up to 15 working days and parcel is not considered as lost until after 15 business days) Express Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery :1-2 Working days (please note: it can take up to 10 working days and parcel is not considered as lost until after 10 business days)
If you do not receive your item past 15 business days after dispatch date we will make a claim at the Post Office. Once the claim gets accepted we will send you another product – we don’t issue a refund (unless the product is not available). By making a purchase in our store you accept this policy.
RETURN POLICY: If you wish to return the item for any reason, we are happy to refund you. You must inform us by post or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them. Customers wishing to return their order must ensure that the order is received by us within 14 days of purchase. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition and suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods. Original postage and packing cost will not be refunded. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting' when you return the goods in case there are any problems with Royal Mail. Products that have been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, faulty or different from the one ordered then it must be returned with any original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You must inform us by post or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them. Please direct all enquiries through the e-bay messaging system to ensure a quick response. Please do not take offence if we ask for photographic proof of the damaged item. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We may answer queries outside these hours, however this is not guaranteed. We are usually closed on weekends. Please note: We try our hardest to make the pictures of the product as accurate as possible, however actual colour may vary from picture due to different monitor settings.
