All orders over $150 will require signature upon delivery. Any products which arrive damaged upon delivery will be required to be reported within 48 hours of arrival. If the box, or packaging, arrives broken, please refuse to accept the package

Return Policy:

Items Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be notified within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
A restocking fee of 20% is applied to all returns (excluding warranty exchanges)
