To receive combined invoice hit “Buy it now” on wanted items but don’t pay. Then wait for an email from me once combined.

Returns/damaged items: I can't accept returns on makeup or polishes due to health reasons. Please take pictures immediately before discarding items. If Item is broken/damaged in shipping I will replace free if buyer pays shipping again ($2.00 per item).

Back orders: They are unpredictable and can happen. Sometimes I have no idea how long a polish will be back-ordered. If your order gets back ordered you can choose to get a full refund or exchange for another polish in stock. I will message you as soon as I find out its back ordered.

Shipping Details: I ship 4-5 days after payment, most of the time sooner.
This gives me time to process all of my orders in order received. Holidays do slow the mail down by a few days please be patient during this time. Please be patient holidays and weekends interfere with shipping time. Shipping prices include packaging, Delivery confirmation, and shipping and 19% fees to Ebay and paypal. Ebay now charges fees on shipping. I will input a delivery confirmation day it’s shipped.

International orders: deal of shipping 12 polishes Priority for $35.00. I require all international orders be shipped Priority or Express due to shipping time.  Express is able to be tracked so if you’re worried about your order being lost in shipping or if you can't wait the 45-60 days Priority can take then please do Express shipping. Please consider paying more for Express shipping if you need your order fast. I will do my best on combined shipping rates for Express shipping.

LOST MAIL or Returned Mail: If package is lost in the mail I have no control over this please refrain from negative feedback. Message me if you think your package is lost.  

Bad Address or Wrong address: If you need an address change please adjust it yourself in ebay. If I receive a package back due to bad address/wrong address you will need to pay shipping again and provide a good address. If paypal shipping or ebay shipping can't confirm your address to ship to then I will not ship. I will issue you a refund.
Unpaid items and delay in payment: Unpaid items will be disputed automatically around 7 days unless I'm notified you'll be late on payment. I will make a note if I know you’re going to be late or if you’re waiting on other items to end.
Cancelled orders: I will cancel an order if you ordered the wrong items or if you need it cancelled no problem. If it shipped already, the order can't be cancelled, sorry. Unless you return the order then I will refund all but shipping and fees.

This means each bottle as in bottle of polish or empty .5 oz designer nail polish bottles, 1/12 bottles count, 2 oz bottle of remove, or medical cotton swabs 100 count.
